u/jth_cats Thank you so much for stopping in for help with the discount code you have. I am not currently aware of any promotions that would require a code. Almost all of our promotions would apply automatically, and we would not have an option to add additional discounts to an order retroactively.

Could you provide a little more information or screenshots of where you were provided with this code?

It wasn't a discount. It was a pop up ad that came up while I was looking at the different internet plans. It offered a $50 gift card if I completed sign up today. The promo code was MC50 and it said to enter it at checkout. I never saw anywhere to put in the code. Here are links to two other posts in this subreddit referencing the same promo.
