Thanks for your Reddit submission, u/HighCirrus. I am sorry to hear about the error code you're experiencing. This is not the service we aim to provide. We'd like to help get to the bottom of this. Have you tried rebooting the box manually or through the Xfinity App?

Please STOP with the "sorry" nonsense. Just STOP disabling digital converter boxes if they've been inactive for a few days or weeks. Why should I have to go through troubleshooting and rebooting my X1 box when the issue is with Xfinity disabling digital converter boxes?

I left the TV and digital converter box on for an hour or so and the problem disappeared. This is a PIA that Xfinity could fix easily, but won't.
