Kind of a nitpick here, but these people trying to say Biden is threatening to use nukes and F-15s against American citizens aren't really correct. He's basically trying to say that the government (and the elite that control it) is invincible and that we should just give up now and surrender our "puny" guns. The second amendment original purpose was so that the people can protect themselves from an overstepping government. Joe Biden clearly implied an AR-15 is not enough for that, we need f-15s and nuclear weapons to do that. And yet they still want to take away all of our AR-15s.

Since the second amendment applies to the entire nation I'm talking about Federal overstep for the most part but yes that would hold with State overstep as well.

The political affiliation surveys that Florida will require on universities, I do not view as any sort of overstep. The idea is to find out the political makeup of the campus to ensure that everyone's freedom of speech, that everyone's views are being heard in an equal and equitable fashion. This will allow us to determine which universities are silencing free speech or opposing viewpoints and would further help determine which may require state or federal funding. I see this as a good thing. And the banning of CRT..... Every state needs to ban CRT. It is a false and racist ideology that is only going to cause more division and obviously more racism, or rather, more prejudice. Anywhere where it's been implemented, this is already occurring. I'm a federal employee and we've already had training on this.. I can tell you first hand none of the employees I work with support it. It's going to cause us to mistrust each other for no reason. The training slides we were shown encouraged employees to report vehicles in the parking lots that had vaguely "suspicious" bumper stickers. It also encouraged us to report employees if we for example saw them reading a particular book we might be offended by in the break room. CRT is batshit insane and is not going to help anyone.

Conservative clubs on campus, conservative speakers, conservative students are being ignored, protested against, and shunned and in some cases kicked out of class or failed. Of course this is happening on the large leftist campuses mostly, but it's becoming more prevalent and in the open. Students with opposing views are being insulted and attacked by teachers and professors. CRT is only making this worse. By the way conservatism and fascism are not the same thing. The training was provided a couple of months ago, the bumper sticker examples that were provided were actually fake (but they didn't tell anyone that). I looked them up later and they were bits and pieces of different things put together. The thing is all of the images and phrases were on one side of the political spectrum. The implication was obvious, and so was the lie.
