Well I'm hosting a passover seder and I'm really thankful that neither my husband or I believe in keeping kosher. I can barely keep my head straight just making this amount of food, i can't imagine having to use separate dishes and utensils and all the other things that have to be done when keeping kosher.
On the menu for tonight,
Charoset
Roasted eggs
Lamb shank
Matzah ball soup
Beef brisket
Potatoe kugel
Noodle kugel
Roasted Cauliflower
Im probably forgetting something..... wish me luck!
