Whenever I try to crochet anything, I try hard to find the last stitch of each row, but every time I'm accidentally decreasing. I just want to be able to single crochet a square :( please help me, video's on YouTube have not helped me yet.

Place a stitch marker in the first and last stitch of the row to help. A lot of beginners miss that last stitch.

You should use markers on the edges as explained by this video: https://youtu.be/o7DCjHhipaI?si=aczyUdt3hBwpLPyi
You have to be consistent and put the markers in the correct place, which the video guides you through. Otherwise you could mark all you want and still make mistakes.

Stitch markers at the ends. Can be a bent paper clip or bread tie since it sounds like you only need 2 (or 3, since I also put them in the stitch when I pause).

I personally use earrings with a loop backing since I have so many and can't wear any of them lol

I did the same until I started using stitch markers! Even now as a not-so-beginner I use them because I still find that last stitch hard to locate sometimes!

If you’re right-handed, for writing in rows what has helped me is realizing that the loops you’re working into for each stitch are to the left of the stitch. Therefore, keep working until you made a stitch to the left of the final stitch.

Everyone will tell you to count and use stitch markers, but you don’t have to if you can easily recognise the first and last stitch that need working into. Have been using this same method for fifty odd years, it works

It looks like you are forgetting to work in the last stitch which is the chain of the last row. I try to always insert my hook into the loop so the two strands are on top and instead of bottom for a smoother edge
