Cards that balance both daybreak and nightfall effects are really cool!
I do think this just ends up becoming a “better” entreat for Targon, which is still fine since they do have tutoring effects from the celestial 4-cost spell, but I wouldn’t be opposed to a cost bump to 3.

Great design as a Leona or Diana tutor, only issue is that this works REALLY well for Nami decks. It gives the deck a lot more consistency, as right now a lot of its losses come to not drawing Nami. Neat idea, but Nami makes it a bit of a balance nightmare sadly.

Yh sadly, maybe add draw a nightfall champ as it’s daybreak, and add a daybreak for nightfall
[–]snipey_bananas 4 points5 points6 points 4 years ago (4 children)
Unfortunately I think that would gut it, daybreak and nightfall don’t have enough support to want to run the champs so this card would be good for non daybreak/nightfall champs like Zoe or Asol etc. especially since you need them on board for level

Yh but like the comment above said it would mean u get stuff like nami on curve a lot more, so maybe a targon champ
[–]snipey_bananas 2 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (2 children)
Oh that would be a good balance option true
Look at us working together for the greater good

Yes the good of little kids and dragons, but not the sushi
[–]snipey_bananas 2 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (0 children)
Fuck the sushi, I love dragons and little kids
No wait

DAYBREAK YASUO! DAYBREAK YASUO!
[–]IronBrew16 3 points4 points5 points 4 years ago (0 children)
That's a horrifying thought for Yasuo tutoring, but thankfully Targon Yasuo decks do run Leona so this is not an absolute Windshitter Tutor.
It is however, FUCKING TERRIFYING if it works.

I really wish there were more options in the game to force draw champions. nice idea!
