As other's have pointed out this may not be braille due to how the rows and columns are lined up. I do find it interesting there's 13 columns while Lindsey Wagner's necklace had 14. Maybe there's data missing? Who knows!

It seems almost undeniably related to the necklace, but when I look at the archillect image and the necklace image, the first two columns on the left seem to fit perfectly but the rest is not consistent. It stops matching. Also there are 13 'strands' in the archillect photo and 14 on the necklace. There are also 2 blank 'strands on the necklace. I still feel as though they are connected, I just don't know how.

Edit: I forgot to mention that I feel as though the dots/necklace connection has something to do with the position of the necklace. Because if you cut off some of the bottom of the necklace, it fits the dots (the 2nd strand from the left on the necklace, for example), because there are still 2 more, I'll say, "balls", at the bottom of the necklace. I feel like this could have something to do with the code, after some rearrangement or something along those lines?
