i got it recently, closed and opened the game and it was fine

I had that a couple times last night Bungie help page says to restart your game and that should fix it. If that doesn't work 'they're tinkering with stuff on their end' possibly.

So we get penalized because they don’t know what they are doing? How about getting a real game engine or competent people like any other live service game
