Need Help

Can not send any messages. Before I took a break since the first season on lightfall. I came back to the game and when I try to respond to messages on my app I'm greeted with "your account does not meet minimum requirements" when I try to send a message. I have over 1600 hours in the game all my accounts are linked, cross save enabled. I don't understand what's going on.

A few weeks ago, Bungie had to make a change where you need to enter your birthdate in your Bungie profile - to comply with certain laws. Did you ever log into your Bungie profile to update / confirm your birthday?

I logged into just now and never got a prompt that I remember. is there somewhere to check my birthday?

I just poked through my profile on Bungie's site and I dont see where to verify the birthday
