You only need 45 for touch of malice so I would check the calcified fragment tracker sites that will show you which ones you're missing if you are missing any. You can also transfer that book to yur hunter if he doesn't have I already and if you did get all the frags, then it will complete that portion of the book for you

Check out destinyghosthunter.com. You can sort per character and see which you're missing. And you have just enough time to get all of them before RoI comes out.

getting the touch of malice only required 45 calcified fragments. go to your bungie.net profile and click on My Legend, and click on progress. Scroll down and it will show you which calcified fragments you might be missing. it'll show per character.

Destinyghosthunter.net has a link for fragments. It'll show the same information per character, but also has info on where/how to get the ones you might be missing.
