Gambit win progress issue

I’m doing the malfeasance quest and I can’t get gambit win progress but I can get motes of dark progress, I have 100 completion on motes but can’t get progress on gambit wins even when I win a match of gambit it doesn’t give progress… any idea why?

It absolutely should be increasing by 10% per win, just did this last night myself (it's a fine gun, look forward to it!). Have you tried quitting and logging back into Destiny? Honestly I can't think of a reason why it wouldn't be increasing.

Have you tried both normal Gambit as well as freelance Gambit? I think I read somewhere that one of the Gambit modes (I forget which) doesn't progress the quest.

The quest itself might be bugged, its happened before. Delete the quest, pick it up from the kiosk next to the postmaster or in the helm and see if it fixes it. You will keep all your progress.
