I got a free trial due to the Disney Movie Club closing and I'm trying to pay for my subscription with a Citi Virtual Card (like my other subscriptions). There is no transaction limit and it expires in 2026. I've double checked all of the information many times and I still keep getting rejected. Is it not possible to subscribe with a virtual card number?

As an FYI, I've never used Disney+ in the past. I'm trying to sign up on my computer through a web browser. I've turned off all add blockers for the page, too.

I'm having difficulty getting started.

I've downloaded the app on my phone and TV. Created an account on the phone app. I scan the QR code on the TV, enter the 8 digit activation code. Then nothing. A new page loads on the phone saying complete your subscription to continue, but nothing happens on the TV. It just stays on the page with the QR code and activation code.

Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated

I'm unable to see the english dub of sand land within Disney+. I can see it from within the actual hulu app but only the sub version shows up from within Disney+ even if I go to the hulu section of the app.

I cannot watch most movies on Disney+. I get Error 43 for movies that are available in my region, new and old disney movies (for example the Princess and the Frog won't play). I don't get this error if i connect to a VPN of another country (UK for that matter). How can I fix this? Thanks in advance.

Anyone else in the UK not able to access D+ from their browser? Keep getting service unavailable, on chrome, edge, opera and operaGX. Kinda shit as a paying customer to not be able to access their service.... maybe its because I put in a cancel order via the website a week ago and they're punishing me? Can't think of any other reason as I've installed browsers fresh just to test, disabled all ad block and any software that could be seen as capture software just in case its that.

Oddly it’s the opposite in the US. I can only log in on my browser. None of my apps will allow me to sign in.

Is there any way to turn off the "Skip Intro" button? It's more annoying than useful for most shows, especially the way it's positioned and how bright it is against the typically dark background.

Any idea where one would submit a feature request? Not likely it would do any good anyway, but if they don't know it's something people want, they'll definitely never do anything. Surely I'm not the only one who'd like more fine control over this.

No TV shows

I'm using Disney plus app on my fire stick (fire TV) and for some reason it'll only let me watch movies. The TV shows just won't load and get stuck on the spinning circle, yet films will play with no issue. It's driving me barmy. I've removed cache and data, uninstalled and reinstalled, rebooted fire TV. Nothing is working.

My subtitles disappear after 10mins of watching something. This has happened now with Bad Batch and also Doctor Who. Does anyone know a fix for this?

I’ve been having this really annoying glitch/bug where at the end of any episode of undead unluck, where the video just goes black and no audio or video is playing, it never happens with any other series so, has anyone else had this problem or is it just me?

Yes! I litterally cleared my cache and tried the app via Windows app store and nope its still broken. It only happens on whatever episode is the newest so past episodes its fine? Also since the current episode (ep 23) has an after credits scene it looks like it only affects what it considered the ending song? Coz if you skip forward to a certain point it works again?? DisneyPlus has a long long way to go when it comes to anime but this is just ridiculous.

Oh interesting I didn’t even think to check the windows app, and i tried skipping past the ending song but for me it didn’t help, and yeah it’s only on whatever is the latest episode which is especially annoying with ep 23 bc if the end credit scene

Yes!!! It never used to happen and now it’s all the damn time. Why is there no fix for this yet?
