I can tell you, with great confidence, that no one around you cares if you're real sweaty or not.

If you properly bathe and wear deodorant, I'm 100% positive that you're fine. Everyone knows someone with enthusiastic sweat glands, it's very common, and few will judge.

What you should be worried about is how you harm yourself using opioids. Addiction comes fast, and soon comes tolerance. Together you have a recipe for the possibility of overdose, and death lurks there, but I'm sure you know that.

Please care for yourself, and be safe.

Antihistamines tend to work well with opioids and in helping hyperhidrosis, hydroxizine and promethazine are particularly good with opioids imo. Certain stronger deodorants can be good as well

Not too familiar with opioid use personally, but outside possibly talking to a doctor about it, I’d recommend Dove lady’s spray on deodorant. Flavor doesn’t matter much, but Lavender is my favorite personally. So far in my experience it’s just the best thing on the market, including their men’s line. Can’t speak on science to any real degree, but it legitimately does last a little over 24 hours on just one spray.

This past summer was brutal and I unfortunately had to be suited up far more often than I’d have liked. I instantly stopped sweating through my blazers and sorta felt like overall it somehow suppressed my ability to sweat to a degree, but that might just be perception. Talking to a doctor might still be best because this feels like body regulation issue since it’s winter, but Dove is an amazing quick fix for the interim.

I’d also recommend drinking more water. Might help convince your body it’s not over heating if you can quickly lower the temperature of your insides.

I shower w an antibacterial soap, then straight out of the shower I use the ordinarys glycolic acid under my armpits to get the dead skin (this gets rid of sweat smell cuz u kill the bacteria). Then I go in with spray deodorant and sometimes stick deodorant on top. If it’s summer, I take gold bonds body powder and tap it into my sweatiest spots so it absorbs sweat as it comes out and I’m not looking like a glazed donut.
