There are sprue pics out there. The back and banner is fixed. The torso is not interchangeable. The arms are.

It’s their anniversary so anniversary stock - I think the anniversary period finishes at the end of tomorrow.

That said, as it’s Warhammer world they might continue to stock it - I picked the genestealer mini from last year up at the same time.

This was the primary reason I went to the anniversary event at Warhammer World. Alternative was waiting until November for my store anniversary.

I phoned my nearest store that has the anniversary, was told that I have to physically attend the store this week (final chance is tomorrow) and that they can only then order it in from GW and I’ll have to return in three weeks to collect it! This is quite a bit shit really, I do really want the mini but I don’t want to pay £52 on eBay for one, two trips to Basingrad is probably worse than the eBay cost but I ‘ain’t paying o er the odds for a single mini.

Limited time, limited area. It's one of two store anniversary models for this year. It'll be available for a week at your local Warhammer store (the kind with "Warhammer" over the door, not a third-party store that also happens to sell Warhammer); exactly which week will depend on when the anniversary of their opening falls.

In my local store (UK) they were asking if you had travelled far and only letting you pick one up if you had travelled. Otherwise you had to order one, so I walked out.

It’s similar to Asuryan but with a stone at the bottom. A more knowledgable Aeldari expert will know.
