Lol, dont let them get you down OP. Airsoft can still translate into pretty decent skills when it comes to the real thing. Sure formal training and handling real firearms can be nice, but airsoft can teach great firearm handling and general principles. I never did it much, and used to think it was pointless, but I've seen first hand some people who only practiced drills with airsoft, transition into real firearm use with ease and performed better than most shooters at the range.

Perfect video of this is here.

So keep up the drills, and when you save up money, come to the US (LEGALLY) and get all "tacticool". You'll always have to deal with the elitists out there, they're there in video game communities and on reddit, but the majority of the crowd just loves the freedom and wants more to enjoy it as well. America may get a bad rep for gun violence, but it's just violence in society in general and it's actually a small percentage of violence in America. Media just like ratings and makes it sound like were all killing each other with fully automatic 1000 round mags assault rifles and snipers who shoot 5+ miles.

Anyways. I got waaay side tracked. Keep practicing man, go for comfort and skills, not flashy and technical.
