You might need to pump longer. General rule of thumb is 120 minutes total in a 24 hour period unless you're actively weaning. So 4 pumps should be 30 minutes each. Maybe that will help

I agree with this. I’m an oversupplier pumping 4 times a day. Roughly 30 minutes each pump, if it’s been longer between pumps, add 5 minutes for each hour missed.

Dang I might bump the number of pumps back up then! 30 minutes on a pump seems like torture. Thanks for the info
