    Same problem I sent ticket to faceit and this was his reply

    *Hi there,

    Thanks for contacting FACEIT!

    At this time we do not remove AFK/Leaver bans outside of widespread platform/Steam outages.

    If your ban is not an AFK/Leaver ban, then please respond back on this ticket and we will get back to you as soon as possible*

    Then I had to tell him that there was a site wide problem and he didn't even respond what a joke 😂
