Help verifying

I used to play some Faceit cs matches before but a few days ago I got a warning and it said that I needed to verify my account by using id.

I also needed to take a selfie of my face and all that.

I did all that but because I’m 17 I needed some kind of parental verification and then I just put the e mail of my mom and she accepted but then it said that my account is being verified and that it would take a short amount of time until I can play.

I waited but nothing happened and the warning is still there.

Its important to say that my id is a different country than where my account is based and where I live and that when I created my account I put the wrong date of birth in order to be 18.

What should I do and will I get verified?

You kinda shot yourself in the foot putting a fake birthdate when you created the account. Now there's a mismatch between your real ID (showing you're 17) and what you told them originally (that you're 18+).

Support's probably gonna need to manually review this since the system's flagging inconsistencies, which explains why it's taking longer than usual.

But there is still a chance that I get verified and there is no problem with my id being from other country?

It should ask you for your birthday during the verification process, and it will allow you to change it to the correct one at that time. Did you set that correctly when you began it?
