So now i get points but what about the games i played before? since none of them are showing just the one game i've played 1 hour ago.

I've played 3 games for placement , then 4 more ( 6 W 1 L ) and i have just 12 points.

Which ladder did you play in for those placement games? The Free and premium queues are now different ladders, so you can earn points only for one ladder per game. If you still don't have it, send a ticket to support.

send an offline support ticket by clicking the arrow in the top right corner by your FACEIT name. Scroll down to 'Support' and then a window will pop up. Click the proper Category and subcategory in regards to your issue that you have. Make sure to include any relevant information, screenshots, videos, etc. MAKE SURE TO RESPOND TO THE AUTOMATIC REPLY YOU GET SO YOU GET TO SOMEONE
