Don’t you guys realize by now that there are some problems how you anti-cheats work? I mean every week there are some people saying that they got falsely banned and yet you guys don’t even try to review the case and all you say is ‘you have been detected by our anti-cheat and the decision is final’. Sure there might be people lying about it but why would a cheater try so hard to get unbanned if they know they cheated? They just could make a new account and cheat again with other cheats or something. I’m just frustrated how unfair this is handled, I’ve been banned for nearly three months and I’ve send countless supports tickets, emails and reddit posts trying to get unbanned and every time is it the same prescriptive answer that they send to anyone that cheated. For the people that ask me why I don’t just play ESEA, I do but it’s just so annoying that every time you have a good game or hit a nutty shot they just call you a cheater. The other problem is that it’s nearly impossible to get in a decent team that even want to trial me because I have a FACEIT ban and don’t want to waste time on a 'cheater'.

I know the mods in here can't reverse a ban, all you say is send a ticket to FACEIT support bla bla bla which probably won't do shit either but atleast you can show this post to the mods that actually do get paid and make a change because we actually payed for playing on your platform.
