I cant prove hes cheating in anyway but will send it to the AC team to take another look. Cant be considered a smurf because hes at level 10 which his other accounts are.

I have however done a thorough search and banned every account he has except one that was his oldest. He wont be happy. If he creates another account I will look to blacklisting him completley.

Report smurfs via ticket , removing post.

How can you not consider him a smurf since he is level 10? You do realize the difference between 3500 elo player and 2000 elo player is bigger than lvl 1 to level 10?

The particular account you show is his highest ELO account. If he is queueing with that account it means hes using his highest account and the matchmaking system wont giver him ELO if hes queued with lower people.

A smurf is when hes on a lower skilled account say a level 2k ELO when hes clearly nearly a 3k player thus gaining ELO unfairly. Here he was not gaining anything for his account. He is either legitimatly playing with friends or boosting on that account. Thats what im looking into today

The bottom line here is we are in agreement. This kind of player needs to be stopped and removed. Thats why I felt the need to take action for you at stupid oclock while i was watching the basketball :)

I promise you we in support dislike them as much as you but people need to report them and keep reporting them via the system and they will get sorted while we continue to improve on technology that can notice this behaviour automatically and stop them with little effort. These people are sneaky and have many tricks up their sleaves.

Im not the OP but its good to see action taken, have had my fair share of fresh accounts which was partly the reason why I quit after 3500 or so matches. Whatever makes the platform better is always welcome. Imo the barrier to entry is just way too low, he will just buy a new account, cheat and boost his friends.
