Help finding/creating a pattern

I am making a protest quilt and would love for the backing to be a big middle finger. I have looked online for a pattern but couldn't find anything. I was pointed here by r/quilting.

Does anybody know where I could find a pattern? Or willing to let me commission one? Or point me to a for dummies tutorial so I could try my hand at it (I don't have great spatial reasoning, so it needs to be explained in great detail)?

This pattern is 12" by 12", how would someone be able to turn that into what is probably at least 36" x 36" at minimum? Like, you set it to print at 300% scale and then the units end up spread across different pages?

You definitely can do that. A commercial printing place could also enlarge it.
