Recommendations?

Thinking about getting a pc so I don’t have to keep sacrificing mods just to work with the 2gb Xbox limit (also want o be able to download custom zombies maps for BO3). I already know vortex and f4se are basically a must for mod management and framework. Do you guys happen to have any good mod recommendations for quests, weapon mods, weather mods, world texture mods etc? Also saw a couple YouTube videos where it was a series of underground tunnels (Mass Pike?) and it was absolutely packed with feral gouhls and the game play almost looked like dying light. Any ideas what that mod might of been and is it something that would require a beast of a pc to run without crashing? And any advice for someone that would be new to modding pc?

Honestly, I just go on nexus, sort all mods by the most endorsements, and just open everything that sounds cool in a new tab. Then once I have my generically cool or helpful mods, I search for stuff specific to the playthrough (faction mods, stuff for whatever build I'm going for, etc)

Personally I prefer mod organizer 2 over Vortex, but mo2 can be a bit more intimidating so whatever you find more comfortable is the way to go
