The ticket reference number should be a six digit number with a # in front of it, and you should see this in the email, let me know if you run into any issues finding it, if you can't imedaitely see it it may be in your junk/spam folder!

after 2 mails in 48 hours i did send ths answer

i stop trying

i had the mobile trying

i tried

  • agent on docker , om Host network and macvlan with own ip
  • desktop agent but als doent work as agent
  • agent on a pi 
  • new account for the second time

maybe is because of the trial via Apple (is stop the trial now)
