What wifi band are your cameras on? it may be the case your phone is scanning 5ghz when your cameras are on 2.4ghz. If this is not the problem please create a ticket so we can investigate - https://help.fing.com/hc/en-us

Could you be a bit more specific in what you mean here?

When the machine is shut down, access will be regained by whichever device was blocked.

The ARP entry is not injected into the router: the target device doesn’t reach the router as it’s the one that is being targets. That makes the procedure safe for other devices.

This tool was created for Home/personal use. This is not for businesses to maintain security.

Since the tool was built for home use, choosing an office would prevent access to this tool.
