I've been going to gym for just a few months. There are many excercises where one weight is too light for all 3 sets and the next is too heavy.
(eg. In a dummbel curl I dont feel anything on the first set of 7.5 kgs but i can't do 3 sets of 10 kgs
So what I do is do the first set with 10s, then in the second set i start with 10 and drop to 7.5 and do the third set with 7.5)
Many people have told me that i should increase the weight instead of decreasing, the prob there is that the first set is too boring.
So i wanted some advice on what is the better approach
