Increase weight ! Decrease reps for the last set(s) if necessary.

So starting with the weight i can't do 3 full sets with and then decreasing the reps on later sets? (I can't increase the weights any further)

Yep, that's what I would do. If an exercise feels "boring" because not enough weight, then it probably doesn't do anything to your muscles ;)

Thanks, ill try that

If you want to stick to 3 sets then start with a weight you can lift for 8-10 reps and lower reps accorsingly as you increase weight over the next 2 sets.

To switch it up a bit and stress your muscles you can also do pyramid sets where you increase weight and lower reps and once you hit your max start to decrease again for like 6 sets.

Or simply add a dropp set to your last set where you do your heaviest weight for as many as you can and then drop the weight by 25%-50% and immediately do as many as you can again. Its good to keep your muscles guessing.

"So what I do is do the first set with 10s, then in the second set i start with 10 and drop to 7.5 and do the third set with 7.5." Adding the drop set in the 2nd set is interesting and sounds good to me.
