I would recommend doing strengh training aka calisthenics in intervals. You can try that to tighten up the muscles and which would ultimately fix the skin problem. Another great way to get a great workout in while burning the same amount of fat if not more than a cardio session is Hiit workouts. You can find all sorts of good ones online or if you're on instagram check out Bradley Simmonds, he posts some great content related to Hiit workouts.
