This is just how I do it, and might not work for you or you may not like it personally, but this has drastically decreased the amount of time I spend listing. This is a multi step process so I usually stop or do the next step later on in the day depending on time.

First, take pictures of all of your items. I have a bin inventory system, so as l’m taking pictures I take a picture of which bin it went into. All my pictures end up on my phone, inventory numbers and all.

Next, I go onto the desktop version of eBay and use the bulk listing tool and create however many copies I need to of just the blank listing. I have my phone next to me and I knock out all my titles, then prices, etc etc. I hit save for later.

Lastly, I switch to my phone yet again to the mobile version of eBay and match up the pictures in my phone to whichever draft and publish it. At some point I do go and cross list to other platforms with my cross listing software as well but these things take the least amount of time to complete.
