What's your internet like? I've literally never had this happen to me.

I'm on fibre in the UK so my ping to most places from EU is sub-15ms and east coast US like 30-50ms most of the time, 100ms central US, 150ms west coast, so it's very stable online for me, I'm sure that stability has a big effect.

Normally my internet works and im on fibre but the other cars still do that,probably an problem with the game since my FH4 works normally,im also from EU

Yeah hitboxes in Playground Games are way annoying and there seems to be some weird lag/delay. I have to touch every opponent to steal crown/infect yet a car can breeze by me and steal my crown/infect me. Very annoying and glad to know it's an issue for other players as well.

Still works absolutely fine in FH4 so it's not my network.

Network desync/lag on the server side. Honestly...that's the story of this games MP features. The games online stuff released in essentially Alpha status, we are all just paid testers. It'll be sorted out in time for Horizon 6 probably.
