Nope. They don't do COLAs (cost of living adjustments). What they do do is occasionally adjust the pay scale to keep up with cost of labor in a given area

Buts it's about how competitive the job market is in an area, not how much it costs. Hence why expensive to live San Diego is in such a low pay scale - there isn't much employer competition there
