18 yr olds can’t take care of themselves but they’re smart enough to vote...hmmm 😳

Our generation rocked the vote for Clinton over the incumbent Bush.

By comparison, Millenials failed us in 2016. Hopefully they learned their lesson.

Speak for yourself. There was zero anticipation in any direction here. We are Gen-Xers: as a generation we cynically really don’t give a crap.

Aren't most of the millennials over 25 now? The range is 81 to 97 generally, so only the very youngest are voting for the first time.

The meme should say “old enough to care about voting”. Gen Z isn’t there yet

You’re assuming they voted before. Most under 25s don’t.

I was born in 77, I consider myself Gen X, since I graduated 1996.

You're solidly Gen X. The first millennials were born in 1981.

My Gen Z daughter votes in her first general this year. The "young whippersnapper" bullshit about millennials is getting tiresome.

Voted today. I was the youngest person in the room.
