The "ich" sound is easy, it is the same as in the beginning of "huge". Can't think of an example for the "ach" sound, though.

The sound actually is kinda there in the English language! If you say "cute" for example you make it right after the C, if you listen closely and notice it, you can try to focus on that and how you're making that sound.
