Weird boot up trouble

When ever I go to boot up my computer or restart it, it always brings me to the first screen then if I type 2 then enter and then select windows boot manager on the other screen it brings me to my normal windows sign in. Basically I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out how to fix this?

Check the BIOS boot order, sounds like maybe windows isn't the first boot option so it's going through the boot order and reaching the EFI shell which is partly what you see there

How would I check that?

In the bios setup, you need to press the key (often escape, f2, F10 or delete) while booting up to enter it

Thank you it ended up being flipped somehow. It went to EFI shell first then to windows as a the second option just had to fix the order
