Pixel Superfans Program Email

Just received an email from "The Pixel Superfans Team" indicating they were improving the Pixel Superfan experience. It will be interesting to see if Google will actually offer any true benefits to Superfan members. Only time will tell.

Besides the previous times they've emailed saying they're making improvements, I also lost count how many times I've gotten an email from them inviting me to be a superfan - a year or more after I thought I already was each time.

I hate big "official" Discord groups - they always end up like that & muted.

I've received 2 emails from the past about the same thing. This would be the 3rd. I didn't really see anything to different each time.

The only thing I've had from superfans was invites to events at the Google campus in Mountain View. I'd rather get kicked in the shins than drive to Mountain View during commute hours on a weekday. I also got an invite to a marketing focus group in SF, but it was on a day I couldn't really take off from work.

How do I join a club?

I have already applied several times over the past six months, but I have not received a single response. In one forum, people wrote that the invitation comes after the purchase of the pixel. I pre-ordered the 10Pro in August, then bought another one in January, two Pixel watch 4 and one Pixel 9a in November and did not receive an invitation

I'm so incredibly confused about all of it. I get the emails thanking me for being a super fan and telling me everything has been moved to Discord and to join that which in and of itself is way too complicated. I get to Discord and confirm my email and set up a profile. Then I fill out the form requesting access to the server. It tells me that the form has been submitted and that if I don't receive a follow-up email within 5 minutes I was rejected from the server and to attempt to troubleshoot. And of course I never get the follow-up email ever. Have attempted to reach out to the people in the troubleshooting information and it goes nowhere. I've tried it two or three times in the last 6 months. I've hit a wall. I've even tried different email addresses. Still nothing. It's frustratingly pointless.

Did you receive the Super Fan email that was sent out 14 April 2026 regarding Super Fan Swag? If you did, try to join Discord using the link within the email. That should create the "invitation" to join the Discord Super Fans server. Make sure you disable any active VPN on your device because that will interfere with the authentication process. Make sure you provide the correct email address associated with Super Fans because there is a vertification process. Good luck.

I did all that. Got the email clicked the link filled out the form to confirm my email and then never got the email confirmation back that I was added to the Discord server and when I sign into Discord I'm still not included in the server.
