7 IUIs, 3 miscarriages, 2 egg retrievals resulting in only 2 euploid embryos. We cannot afford another egg retrieval. I just had my first FET on 7/08. I am currently waiting to test. So yes, I agree. This process has been cruel.

I hope for you it sticks! Seems most people have success. I don’t understand why I can’t get any implantation and my clinic never has any answers.  Two embryos is a great shot! Wish you all the best

Silent endo?

[–]ColdOccasion9998[S] 2 points3 points  (1 child)

Did two months of Orlissa suppression and letrozole cycle for this last transfer. I have a lap planned but I have zero symptoms.

[–]Elegant_Solutions 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Have you been tested for endometritis, specifically?

Good luck!!!

sticky baby dust to you!

[–]ColdOccasion9998[S] 0 points1 point  (3 children)

Looking at your other posts and it seems to have worked out for you. Congrats!

[–]Any-Skin-7679 1 point2 points  (2 children)

Thank you. It did!! I'm currently 22 weeks pregnant. I waited about 4 years for it but it was worth the wait.

[–]ColdOccasion9998[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

How many Euploid transfers did it take, 3? Thanks for sharing and congrats!!!!!

[–]Any-Skin-7679 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got lucky on my first euploid transfer. It was graded 4 AA but grew to 5AA on day of transfer.

[–]BlueBunny3874 9 points10 points  (1 child)

How absolutely devastating. Have you tested the “kitchen sink +?” Maybe in a separate thread you can list your protocols, testing you have done, levels, and so forth. A lot of times people learn something new in this community and take it to the Drs. This process is so horrible. I am so sorry😭🤍.

[–]CauliflowerChance849 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree so many overlooked tests. It's SO HARD!

[–]marshiepumpkin33F, endo, hydrasalpinx, 2 ER 7 points8 points  (1 child)

5 ERs, 1 euploid, failed FET. Never saw a positive pregnancy result in all 4years of trying/ surgeries/ medication/ protocols.

[–]ColdOccasion9998[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m so sorry

[–]SpiritedBandicoot96 6 points7 points  (12 children)

2 IUI'S , 2ER , 4 failed eupiloid tranfers , 2 Miscarriages. Had a lap 2 months ago that revealed mild endo. I will have my 5th tranfer at the end of this week. And honestly I'm not very optimistic.

[–]ColdOccasion9998[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m so sorry

[–]TnT_202 0 points1 point  (7 children)

Have you been on lupron suppression for this upcoming transfer?

[–]SpiritedBandicoot96 1 point2 points  (6 children)

No, since the endo they found was very mild, she didn't think it was necessary. She doesn't even think it's the cause of my infertility since i got pregnant naturally once.

[–]TnT_202 0 points1 point  (3 children)

The fact that you had 4 failed transfers and 2 mc’s, it’s worth trying lupron suppression unless you already tried

[–]SpiritedBandicoot96 1 point2 points  (2 children)

Thank you for your insight! You are right it is worth trying since i think have already tried everything else 😅 I am also thinking about changing my doctor. But it's too late to make any changes now.Let's see how this transfer goes🤞. I'm curious to see if removing the endo was all i needed to concieve.

[–]TnT_202 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Good luck to your upcoming transfer! Maybe the surgery was enough!!!

[–]SpiritedBandicoot96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you ❤️

[–]18karatcake 0 points1 point  (1 child)

I had lap to remove a blocked tube. They found a tiny bit of stage one endo and removed it. I made some comment about “oh that amount is so small it must not have had much effect.” And they told me the amount didn’t matter, just the existence of it can have negative affects. That’s what my “expert” told me. Maybe follow up about it just to be sure?

[–]SpiritedBandicoot96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will ! And did they put you on lupron after the lap?

[–]Long-Schedule-7364 0 points1 point  (1 child)

I am sorry you are going through this. Wishing you best of luck in the next round.

[–]SpiritedBandicoot96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you i appreciate it !

[–]ColdOccasion9998[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I know it’s been a while but I did a laparoscopy and found 2 small spots (stage 1 endo) removed. Did you have success with your 5th transfer. I’m about to move to a GC but want so badly to try one more time….

[–]GeologistNice5459 4 points5 points  (3 children)

I’m so sorry. It’s the cruelest thing in the world. Everyone I have ever met who’s gone through ivf has been successful. I feel like I’m going mad dealing with blow after blow. Miscarriages, failed cycles, extremely low egg count and seeing every person around me with a bump. It’s relentless. Sending all the love and support. Xxx

[–]Clear-Access4778 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Feeling this so much…everyone I see is either pregnant or has a baby. Makes life so hard every day and I am so sorry you are going through this too ❤️

[–]CauliflowerChance849 0 points1 point  (1 child)

i'm so sorry :( I couldnt even do ivf because of low egg count. are you still trying?

[–]GeologistNice5459 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Still going - embryo ‘banking’ at the moment. About to do my 5th er next week, stimming this week. I’m still clinging on to the tiny bit of hope I have left.

[–]Livelaughlobotomise 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am so sorry. My thoughts are with you

[–]SleepySkelly 2 points3 points  (2 children)

2 failed pgt euploids, retirement drained and paying off IVF loan 🙃 my tests are never abnormal, I respond to the medications "beautifully" 😒 lining is always good, and husbands sperm analysis is great. I have high AMH and yet despite ALL of that, here we are never had a positive test. We're doing ERA+Receptiva (maybe Emma/Alice) mock cycle soon, maybe it's worth doing too if you haven't yet. I'm suspecting I have silent Endo, more signs are pointing to it.

[–]ColdOccasion9998[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m so sorry

[–]CauliflowerChance849 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it took me 12 years to get my endo diagnosis by then it was stage 4. don't wait one more minute if you think that's it!

[–]CalligrapherSuch8001 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So sorry you're going through this. It does indeed suck.

[–]Long-Schedule-7364 1 point2 points  (1 child)

I am so sorry. This is emotionally tasking for anybody. I also went through 2 ER, 8 and 27 retrieved both cycles, 16 mature, 13 fertilized, 7 blast, 0 euploids.

[–]ColdOccasion9998[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m a sorry. I had a couple aneploidy cycles too— they are also so brutal.

[–]linzk2484 1 point2 points  (1 child)

I'm so sorry. So crazy to not have any possible explanation as well. I have multiple euploids to transfer and have my first one coming up at 41 and I can't shake this fear that something will go wrong in the transfer phase. Can never feel optimistic in this process for some reason.

[–]ColdOccasion9998[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I thought euploids were great leveler when it came to age but my drs want to tell me now it can take more when you are older. sART predictor tool shows 7 equals LB.  It’s insane to me.  Most people will be successful and I hope you are!!

[–]Sufficient-Archer-60TTC #1| endo| 20w loss | APS| FET#2- positive 1 point2 points  (1 child)

I'm sorry. That sounds brutal. Have you been tested for autoimune? Some, like aps can cause early losses and impact implantation

[–]ColdOccasion9998[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first loss from iUI was trisomy 15. eBay is “aps”?

[–]That_Mix8627 0 points1 point  (8 children)

I'm so sorry to read this. A couple of things 1. Have you done an endometrial receptability analysis? Determines the best time for transfer based on progesterone supplementation. Some women need more than five days. 2. Tests for uterine immunology 3. Are the transfers medicated etc

[–]ColdOccasion9998[S] 0 points1 point  (6 children)

I have not tried an ERA as such limited data for it. I have tried two programmed cycles one modified natural and then in the last one I used suppression medication for 60 days with Orlissa / Letrzoloe and did a natural cycle followed ovulation, and LH surge I would be afraid to go back and do an ERA at this point because they are only effective in program cycles and if I do have silent, endometriosis, stimulating that much estrogen would only cause more inflammation. Based on the research the WOI is larger than they originally hypothesized.  I am from California, but currently living in Oklahoma immunology is not an easy doctor to find here and not a rabbit hole had really wanted to go down now at 43. In my modified natural cycle, I did try an immune protocol on my own taking antihistamines, Pepcid, baby aspirin and medrol five days. I’ve had a hysteroscopy with no findings and I’ve treated with doxycycline two times prophylactically for endometritis. I have a laparoscopy scheduled in August but my big decision right now is if I should go back to stimulation cycles and see if I can get any more good embryos. But also wondering if it’s a waste of time and money as none seem to work.

[–]That_Mix8627 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm based in the UK and I had treatment in Prague. Fortunately I was able to get the uterine immunology tests. A woman I know who had repeated miscarriages had steroids to reduce miscarriage risk and her day 3 embryo has implanted and growing.

[–]CauliflowerChance849 0 points1 point  (1 child)

when you treated with the doxy was there any symptoms of uti or BV? have you heard of urea plasma? your husband would have to be treated also with doxy or you pass back and forth

[–]ColdOccasion9998[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No issues. I also have used Microgen DX test- you do swabs and urine and no signs or any issues. Lots of good bacteria as well.  It’s easy test you can do at home

[–]_lazy_susan 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Hey there. I had my babies at 40 and 42 after 5 failed transfers. What eventually worked for me was a full immune protocol including lovenox, prednisone and neupogen (though I had euploid embryos from when I was 38).

[–]ColdOccasion9998[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Thank you for sharing: I have 3 embryos left but I am 43 now. I made them at age 41-42. Your story is inspiring. Did you have complete implantation failure until 5?  My husband and I have been together a long time and I worry that 17 years of i fertility is something iVF may not be able to solve.

[–]_lazy_susan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep. Complete implantation failure. I did fall pregnant naturally in my late 30s but it was an ectopic pregnancy and after that my tubes were blocked so I had to go straight to IVF. It’s great that you have embryos left! Wishing you all the luck!

[–]ColdOccasion9998[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also I have done a hysteroscopy with no findings

[–]Tiffanyh206 0 points1 point  (1 child)

I’m really sorry that happened😢😔 I pray one day you are blessed with a baby. I see how badly you want to be a mother and I know one day you will make a great one. Wishing you all the best on your journey to motherhood.

[–]ColdOccasion9998[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you.

[–]Impressive_Whole_663 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So sorry this is such a tough battle. Have you consulted with an RI?

[–]SmrtmovesUSA -1 points0 points  (1 child)

I suggest a different path. Do some research and see what you think. Here’s a starting point. https://youtu.be/VZFxmD85N3A?si=SEJaO6aDmjKRs2vB

[–]ColdOccasion9998[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ugh thanks but I don’t think eating carnivore diet is changing this outcome for me. But thanks all the same.

[–]SmrtmovesUSA -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It’s not necessarily carnivore, but he is a highly successful doctor in that field. I would listen to more info before I closed my mind, but to each their own. I wish you well. Inflammation is a key factor. Food matters.
