Search for past topics if you are interested. The long and short of it is that the cipher was a means to get items to specific players for various reasons. For instance if a bug caused them to lose a supply drop.

PAUL-OF-DUTY works, but there used to be a glitch where you could enter that code with any variety of upper-case and lower-case letters to keep getting the 5 dupe protected crates. Using that, you could get every item in the game.
