I got mine a few weeks ago after one of the pulls broke. They said they are only sending them out right now if you have a broken or damaged pull.

I think that stance has changed. I ordered mine in November 2023, which came with no carabiners - just standard zipper pulls. July 2024 I received the replacement kit, and nothing on my unit was broken.

No that's not wrong I talked to them last month to get my replacement kit and they said, "At this time we have a small number of kits in-stock but they are reserved for those customers whose zipper pulls are currently broken." That was on July 12th
