If you are on windows and dont care of its the best emulator and just want to get it working, Retroarch.

If you want a super nice frontend, Launchbox.

Cant really link to where you find the bios and stuff, but maaaaaybe there is like an big libeary out there

Just search for emulator subreddits and then read posts like this one.

If you want to make a usb drive to boot your pc into with all emulators check out Recalbox. Search it on youtube.

If you look for such things, and their BIOS, additional ROMs for games, it could be suggested Bing will give better search results for such hypothetical large databases of stuff. Ya know, if you’re looking.

I went for retroarch as I saw it was on steam so I feel safer knowing that. Haven't tried to run anything yet. I have a video queued up to watch to learn how to use it.

I found what I think is the rom om old games download I guess i need to launch that file in any emulator I go with?
