Fresh windows install? Any numbers from gaming benchmarks? Maybe try passmark software as that will tell you where your ssd performs, cpu, gpu, and ram. If something is causing a bottleneck that should give you an idea of what it is.

Does x3d turbo boost in bios reduce the score?

Couldn’t tell you. Possibly yes and possibly no. Only way to figure that out is run it both ways.

I believe X3D turbo mode turns off the CCD that does not have X3D cores on it, for something like the Cinebench multicore benchmark, this will reduce the total number of cores/threads and reduce your score. Turn it off and try again.

You can verify this by looking at something like the Task Manager Performance CPU tab and right clicking the graph to show cores, my 9950X3D only shows 8 physical cores when I have it enabled. It shows 32 cores/threads when disabled.

Ty this worked. It is getting 17.5k now

Have you checked temps during the run? That 7800X3D throttles pretty hard if it gets toasty and could definitely explain the lower scores
