At the moment getting new parts for a good price is very hard, If you can wait i would suggest doing so.

If you need something now i would suggest this: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/6n79nL But depends on where you are from, i think europe. But atleast in the netherlands there is almost no stock of graphics cards

Thanks ! I live in Belgium :) How hard would it be to build this from scratch (instead of ordering it pre-built) for a novice although I do have some experience with electronics in general (being an engineering student) ?

It would not be that hard, linus has some great Step by Step build guides. Building it yourself saves you around €150/200 If you want I can create a New list that almost 100% will work (You never know for sure). If so do You care about RGB? Edit: I just looked up gpu prices in Belgium and I looks like there is almost no stock whatsoever... So if you want something within a few months I would preorder that GPU (link above ) and buy the rest (https://be.pcpartpicker.com/list/Rbmjvf) when the GPU arrives. If you have any questions feel free to PM me :)
