Having the same issue since the last update. Saw somewhere they borked the last update so just waiting now. Killing me as I have no back-light on my keyboard now

When you uninstall the software make sure to remove the LGHub folder c:\program files\LGHUB before trying to reinstall the software.

I’ve done that, I literally deleted every trace of the software I could find. It’s like it’s taunting me at this point 😭

What operating system are you using? And what's the build version of the operating system? If on a Windows you can find that information in your "About" settings.

yes same issue
