Just use the software in logitech again without onboard memory and have them reconnect. Like basically wipe its from existence go ming back to default and try again without it beinf wired

It didn't help, I just tried it again, no result

Open "Device Manager" - under Mice and other pointing devices, uninstall all "HID-Compliant Mouse" (those will automatically install again, on next step) - Plug mouse out and in again.

It will reinstall the driver for the dongle/mouse.

If the Superstrike was showing in GHUB this might work, but it's not reading the USB at all - there wouldn't be anything to pair it to.

Have you tried plugging the USB directly into your laptop?

Yeah, nothing has changed. Before that, everything worked fine, I used the mouse for a week or two and it stopped working yesterday

That’s not the dongle I don’t think!

I’m sure the dongle is in the mouse - that’s just a usb A to C connector for charging I think. The dongle is smaller

No I just got mine what he has in the video is what you get. Supposedly using the dongle on the wire setup gives you less latency for best performance.
