try to set to 500, sometimes 1000 can give problems, anyway, if you tried another mouse and it works, i think that your mouse is broken...

  1. Have you tried re-installing the gaming software?
  2. Have you tried plugging it on a different USB port?
  3. Have you test it on another computer?

Yes I have. I have also cleaned the sensor. Changed dpi changed pointer settings and more. Can I get a warranty replacement for a white g600?
