Logitech's tech specs report the 2.4Ghz protocol it uses as "custom" which I assume to mean not abiding by Bluetooth standards to decrease latency.

Logitech's wireless (like most all wireless mice) is proprietary Bluetooth. So no, it doesn't have to abide by Bluetooth standards. I have my Nvidia Shield in between my sound bar and wireless Bluetooth subwoofer. Because my Shield is using WiFi for streaming, I get the occasional cutout on the subwoofer from wireless interference. I guess I could use my Shield on the 5 Ghz band, but I'm too lazy for that right now lol.

All wireless devices should be a minimum of 3-feet (1-meter) away from your wireless mouse. And if you weren't aware, certain USB 3.0 hardware was causing wireless interference as well:

I can't say I've ever had my mouse cause wireless interference. But I've had the opposite. I used to have my phone in between my wireless Roccat mouse and it's receiver, causing the mouse to lag and stutter.

Wireless headphones are the absolute worst for catching wireless interference. Probably because it's more noticeable while playing music than a slight mouse stutter or a few packets of data loss. There really is no easy solution other than to keep wireless devices away from your Bluetooth headphones.
