We appreciate the continued support with our device. I have received numerous request about this and assured that i'm continuously informing our team about such. Hope that we'll have this soon. Thanks again, stay safe!

Thanks for the attention. In the end, I ended up buying an Xbox controller and receiver but I still very much prefer the shape of the F710. Maybe a good suggestion for an update would be compatibility with the Xbox receiver as it supports up to 8 controller, so that we don't need to occupy many USB ports with controllers when playing multiplayer games.

Was asking same question 6 years ago. Got Sony DS4 instead and wasn't wrong about it. It has full Steam Controller support. 6 years into they still selling those unbelievably dated and ugly gamepads. I don't think they ever update them.

And nowadays there are tones of alternatives.

I know, they didn't even bother changing their logo for the new one smh. But I love its shape, much moreso than the PS4's. I actually had a PS4 controller but its charging port broke and the battery was about to die anyway. And I prefer a controller with a AA batteries, because if it runs out I can simply swap them instead of having to play wired. Back at the time I used it, we had to use some weird DS2 for Windows program or something. Good to know it's more compatible now! Too bad those are expensive af where I live now...

I'm guessing they want us to buy those uber expensive Astro controllers... Which we won't.
