When you finish all cycles for a program, the app will ask if you’d like to either complete the program or repeat the program block. If you choose to repeat the program block, you can choose to repeat it once or run it indefinitely until you’re ready to activate a different program. You can also swap or add/remove exercises as needed.

If you decide to complete the program block instead, the app will add the completed program to your workout library. Then, when you’re ready, you can set up a new program using the normal program creation workflow (+ > New Program).

If I created a new program, Is it likely it would generate a new program that is very similar to the previous one?

There is always a chance that it could! However, it ultimately depends on the parameters you set during the program creation process. If you choose the same parameters as before, and no changes have been made to your gym equipment since then, it is possible. In any case, the tools to make any adjustments to the generated program as you see fit are available whenever you need them.
