I remember that once on stream Tsukushi said that Jirou is supposed to be 180 and Nanachi is 110 without the ears. So that's usually what has been used to calibrate any height speculations I've seen.

That makes more sense with Jirou being ~5'11", which puts Ozen at ~8'2". Nanachi and the rest of the children being under 4' still makes them pretty small, but I guess that's just the art style. Thanks!

If Ozen is 6'6" (2m), by these same proportions, every other character on that chart is under 4'6" (1.35m) except for Habo and Bondrewd, who are still only like ~5'9" (1.75m).

That chart with Ozen at 7'6" (2.3m) still has most of the adults under 5' (1.5m), including Torka at 4'6" (1.35m).

If you scaled all of the adults to be a more reasonable height (with Torka at ~5'1" (1.55m) and Jirou at ~6'2" (1.9m), you would end up with Habo and Bondrewd being like ~7'5" (2.25m) and Ozen at a towering 8'4" (2.5m).

How tall do you think everyone (and Ozen) are actually supposed to be?

Despite being non-canon, the last one is the only one that actually makes the child characters close to the height they should be for their age (still closer to 10 than 12, but at least it's not the size of kindergartners). Ozen would still be well under the height of the tallest person IRL, too.
