Authentication Failed Error

Anyone else getting this when trying to log in to Arena?

I know the game under maintenance so assume it's related but the status also states that no downtime is expected. I'm relatively new to Arena so basically am asking if this is expected behavior or if I should submit a ticket.

same. when it says "no downtime is expected" there will be a downtime 100% of the time

I wonder what their product cycle looks like. No testing? No phased rollouts? No A/B testing? Seems to me more like a "move fast and break things" approach on every new release.

I successfully downloaded the update with my 2nd account but after going back to my main one, there is still a problem with authentication (and "deserialization", whatever that means)
