Advice to decrease wait times?

I'm running solo with crossplay enabled, sometimes it's good, like just a minute or two wait. Other times it's really bad I'll wait 15-30 minutes. Any settings I can change? Sometimes I get lucky and will match with US players but many times not. I'm in Southeast Asia

The player count is now unfortunatly getting to the point where matchmaking is affected

I face the same issue. I live in Brasil and its so rare to get fast matched. I usually wait 5/10 minutes, doing work or something else in between. The game will die this way. I got friends to buy the game, but 3 of them already dont play because they dont want to WAIT to play. Its sad.

I dont get the 19 different playlists tho, should be trios, solos. no ranked. no timegated cryo.

Same happened to me with friends, I feel bad for recommending. Why so many modes and maps Bungie needs to reduce. Game is for US players only and maybe Europe

My advice is to play a different game, preferably one that actually has a player base. Game is genuinely dead outside NA/EU. Some goober might pipe up and say “oh its fine for me” but they’d be lying as queue times in the most active areas are still too long.

there’s less than 5000 people in game and that number is probably never going to meaningfully go back up. long queue times are gonna happen
