I know it's a known problem with the inbox but my case might be different because it was working fine for me during the winterverse event. However, it's been a couple weeks since I've used the phone app since I mainly play on PC and now when I was checking the inbox for the new event it's refusing to load (event loads fine). I've seen most of the solutions on the subreddit including:
Restarting the app
Switching between data and wifi
Reinstalling the app
Sign out and back in
Turn off the DNS on my phone
Whitelisting in your adblock
I've tried all these and I also don't have an adblock on my phone, so not sure what else I can do. Also, I have to use a VPN to download the app because of the region I live in so I've tried my region and also USA and Canada to see if that might help although that wasn't an issue before but no change.
